We are fortunate to share grounds with Christ Church, Quinton and are supported by the church community throughout the year.
Services are held at Church to celebrate the start of each new term and end of term services and special occasions are held at Church too.
Year 4 lead our Harvest festival in the Autumn term with Key Stage 1 Nativities in December held at the church. Year 5 lead the Christmas service on the last day of the Autumn term. The whole school participate in Remembrance Day service and Advent and Incarnation workshops. During the Spring term, Year 3 take the lead in the celebration of Easter and Year 6 Leavers Service is held on the last day of the academic year to celebrate our pupils who will be taking their next steps.
Education Sunday, Thy Kingdom Come and other opportunities are always taken to develop our understanding of the Christian faith.
Meet the team from Christ Church

Welcome from the Church
Christ Church has had a long and wonderful partnership with the school. We love being such close physical neighbours and we work hard to make our friendship flourish for everyone, children, staff and church members alike.
We have class visits into the church building, as part of RE lessons, for Collective Worship, for special events and services (such as the start of term, harvest, remembrance) as well as a space for celebrating special Christian festivals such as Christmas and Easter.
Our staff team contribute to regular Collective Worship in school and special workshops looking at subjects like prayer, or what is advent or Easter all about.
Our aim is to help make our school distinctively and without doubt, a church-school.
We love to welcome pupils and their families into the worship life of church as well, and love it when we can celebrate life events, like christenings and weddings for school families.
I love to meet parents – do say hello if you see me around!
Best wishes
Rachel Heathfield – Interim Minister (Priest in Charge)
